Job Description

Requirements

  • SPM/Diploma in Culinary/Hotel Management or any related field.
  • 3 years’ experience of cooking in a well-established restaurant or full-service hotel
  • Minimum 1 year in supervisory role
  • Basic computer skills and familiar with stock/inventory system. 



Responsibilities

  1. To manage a kitchen team in Happy Food Co. in producing F&B orders as per SOP, quality, and target time. 
  2. To manage the inventory stock take including forecast the ordering, stock level, breakages, variances, wastages, etc. 
  3. To lead a team of Commis in Happy Food Co. including the food preparation training.
