Requirements
- Diploma and above in account & finance field. Fresh graduated are welcome to apply
- Well versed in computerized accounting systems; having experience in Excel & Accounting system will have an added advantage.
- Enthusiastic in learning.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Good time management and able to meet tight deadline.
- Positive working attitude, disciplined and strong sense of responsibility
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin
- Preferably candidates who able to join us immediately or within short notice.
Responsibilities
- Manages and monitors the company's expenses, including invoice approval and payment processing.
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers and clients.
- Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection and resolving payment discrepancies.
- Supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering data, entering information into financial models and assisting in variance analysis.
- Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc accounting assignment.
