Requirements
- Must be able to speak Mandarin.
- Fresh graduate are welcome; Those with 1 year of working experience in accounting / finance role will be added advantage.
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
- Good problem-solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
- Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
- Have strong knowledge of applicable system automation, business solution software.
Responsibilities
- To assist the Manager on accounting activities of the Company.
- Recording and filing all accounting transaction documents
- Data entry of accounting transaction into system
- Calculation of payroll
- Prepare monthly sales report, and debtor outstanding report.
- To perform any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
