Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your design skills.
- Fluency in Mandarin languages.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop visually appealing designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including print and digital assets such as brochures, logos, websites, social media graphics, infographics, presentations, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with clients, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand design briefs, goals, and target audience. Generate creative concepts and present design options that align with the project objectives.
- Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all design projects. Ensure that designs reflect the brand’s visual identity, values, and guidelines.
- Effectively communicate messages and ideas through visual elements, typography, and color schemes. Create designs that convey the desired tone, mood, and overall aesthetic.
- Utilize industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other relevant tools to create and edit design assets.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content writes, web developers and event management team to ensure design solutions meet project requirements and timelines.
- Actively seek feedback from stakeholders and clients and incorporate suggestions to refine and improve designs. Adapt designs based on feedback while maintaining a balance between creativity and project objectives.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and meeting project deadlines. Prioritize tasks effectively and communicate project status updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and emerging technologies. Apply industry best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of designs.
