Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our sales team. The Telemarketer will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone calls to promote our products or services, generate leads, and close sales.

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce them to our products or services.
- Follow-up on leads generated through various marketing channels and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Identify customer needs and provide information about product features, pricing, and benefits.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions with potential clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the sales manager.
- Keep accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in the RM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to better position our products in the market.
- Provide feedback to the sales manager on customer preferences, market trends, and sales performance.
