Requirements

- Min 5 years working experience in tour industry as Tour Operation
- Can do MICE/ IT Quotation
- Ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude and responsible character.
- Pleasant personality in customer service. (Good PR)
- Have own transportation
- Can work 8.00am-4.30pm (Mon-Fri) and 8.00am-4.30pm (Sat)
Responsibilities
- Tour Operation Executive ( IT & MICE) provide information about travel destinations, do quotation, arrange travel itineraries, obtain travel and accommodation reservations and register passengers at check-in and departure.
- Tasks include –
- Obtaining information about the availability, cost and convenience of different types of transport and accommodation, ascertaining customers’ requirements and advising them on travel arrangements;
- Providing information about local and regional attractions, sightseeing tours, restaurants, arts and entertainment, and providing maps and brochures
- Preparing itineraries
- Making and confirming reservations for travel, tours and accommodation;
- Issuing tickets, boarding passes and vouchers;
- Helping customers in obtaining necessary travel documents such as visas;
- Verifying travel documentation and registering passengers and luggage at check-in and departure;
- Preparing invoice
- Handling customer
