Job Summary :

• Prepare overall Project site budget monitoring.
• Assist in reviewing all site requisition orders and budget drawdown.
• Advises project teams on project site materials control and inventory management.
• Assist in project tender and post-contract monitoring.
• Assist in strategic procurement of capital expenditure items.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review site project teams requisition orders and establish budget drawdowns.
• Assist in inventory control management audit for all project sites.
• Advices project teams the status of procured and repaired items.
• Assist in establishing centralized workshop for inventory tracking, repair and solutioning.
• Prepare enquiries for material, labour and plant quotations.
• To ensure all filing and documentation are in compliance with the Department operation and ISO procedure.
• To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
