Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accountancy/ Qualified ACCA or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience with accounting and audit experience.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given and standard accepted practices.
- Able to commence work immediately / short notice is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- To handle full set of accounting, ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial report and other related schedules.
- Coordinate and execute financial transactions and activities, such as bill payment, invoicing , etc.
- Assist in the credit control and collection of customer's payment, including sending reminder.
- Coordinating and oversee the overall conduct of audit exercise and liaise with internal.
- To prepare regular financial reports and to assist with the team during month end closing.
- To prepare monthly bank reconciliations and reports
- Liaise with financial institutions, lawyers, tax agents and other internal parties including regulatory bodies on financing and other accounting related matters.
- Perform any other related duties or ad-hoc assignment as and when requested by the superior and management.
