Requirements

  • Provide assistance and guidance to customers in selecting home electronic products based on their needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of product features, functions, and benefits to educate customers effectively.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and issuing receipts.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Promote special offers, discounts, and upsell additional products to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and product displays.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
