Responsible for managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity. Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials. Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels. Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.

• Assist in supply (manufacturing) and demand (shipment) planning
• Prepare weekly staffing timetable and coordination with related parties
• Prepare weekly raw materials stock level report
• Prepare daily warehouse stock movement reports
• Coordinate operational process flow (demand and supply) with Customer Service, Supply Chain and Manufacturing
• Inventory monitoring and control
• Monitor the status of orders from customers and ensure accuracy on deliveries against orders
• Assist in the inbound logistic planning for the company
• Ensure optimal security of stock at the warehouse and its related facilities
• Coordinate and liaise with the HQ office on import matters
• To perform monthly inventory stock take at the Warehouse
