The Secretary (Executive Assistant) will provide first class secretarial support & work closely with the CEO of the company.

Responsibilities include:

Manage CEO’s calendar / schedule including organising of all appointments, internal and external meetings, and travel arrangements.
Facilitate meetings, including the preparation of meeting papers, obtain and preparing briefing material and presentations and taking meeting minutes.
Follow up on matters agreed in meetings and liaise effectively with internal departments and external organizations on behalf of the CEO.
Prompt CEO on impending work deadlines for both internal and external commitments, e.g. reports, presentations, conferences, projects.
Ensure that CEO is well briefed and prepared for any engagements.
Coordinate with the Secretariat of OEM’s vendor associations on their activities.
Record & monitor movement of key executives (eg: Assistant manager Level & Above)

Requirement:

Diploma / Degree in Secretarial or Business admin or equivalent.
Professional secretarial experience with minimum 1 years in an executive secretarial role or personal assistant capacity to a member of senior management team.
Good command of both spoken and written Bahasa, English and Mandarin.
Advantage for working experience in manufacturing.
Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel and Power Point).
Excellent command of verbal and written business English.
Able to multitask and work under minimum supervision
A detail-oriented person with excellent organization skills.
5 working days (Monday to Friday, 8.00am until 5.30 pm)
Willing to work at Meru, Klang

Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
