Job Scope

Conduct onboarding for new employee(s)
Assist in preparing employment contracts, certification letters and other HR related letters
Handle employee medical insurance and benefits administration
Get quotation and comparison for office supply and equipment.
Maintain and update employees record
Maintain and update employees Leave records
Manage Time Attendance
Liaise with vendor on office issue
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time
Assist the Head of Department in daily office operational and administrative duties.
Compile and prepare the required reports, filing and updating the required paperwork and records.
Perform any other tasks as required by the superior, and other job-related office operational and administration
Staff claim verification & compilation
Staff attendance & OT claim verification
Other assignment assigned by superior
To handle office maintenance and office upkeep.

Requirements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
