Was Incorporated On 17th August 1995.

The activities and nature of business of the company at earlier stage was mainly supplying ready mixed concrete to construction companies, we enhance our business activities by supplying building materials too.

Currently CK have 7 batching plants in Malaysia which located at Batu Pahat, Plentong, Layangkasa, Ulu Tiram (Johor), Kampar (Perak), Klang, North Port Klang (Selangor). The company is led by a team of experienced and technically competent management group to spear ahead involvement in building construction.
