Inter-Excel Advisory Group established itself as a flight attendant preparatory training centre in 1993. With the launch of its trademark Flight Attendant Preparatory Course (FAPC), it quickly developed into a regional pioneer in the Asia Pacific region. Since its inception, IEAG has trained and produced thousands of world class cabin crew as well as airport personnel for the world’s leading airlines and airport operators. 

The Group, comprising Inter Excel Advisory Sdn Bhd, Inter Excel Tourism Academy and Kaler Employment Agency; provide a full range of professional services ranging from the training and placement of cabin crew as well as other selected positions for airlines, staging of overseas airline recruitment within Malaysia and overseas and other aviation related consultancy.  We have also recently acquired a language training centre, Premier Language Centre, focused on delivering English Language Training courses.
