- Additionally responsible for maintaining cleanliness at work and guest areas by clearing, collecting and returning food and beverage items to proper area. Also serve food courses and beverages to guests.
Minimum 5-8 years working experience in hotel/restaurant (fine dining). Good working knowledge of Profit and Loss Analysis, Production and cost control and strong people management skills.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
