Taking charge of the smooth handling and sustainability of organizational activities, enforceability of the HR policies and the effective implementation of employee wellbeing initiatives.
Responsible for managing the administration of recruitment processes, such as publishing job vacancies, screening, short-listing candidates, scheduling interview sessions, and facilitating assessment prior to the interview.
Manage the administration of HR operations in employment contracts, probationary assessment, service confirmation, on-boarding/off-boarding, and induction activities.
Deal with all employee requests regarding human resources issues/conflicts, employee’s disciplinary-related matters, performance improvement plans, grievance/misconduct handling, and to provide employee counselling or conduct investigation/domestic inquires when required.
Maintain up-to-date information of employee’s data/records in the Human Resources System and personnel files.
Ensure Employee Handbook is kept with timely benefit plans, policies, guidelines, compliancy requirements, standard operating procedures, corporate governance details, and government statutory information.
Ability to lead and administer personal development for employees and acting as a liaison for HRD Corp training activities.
