The Sales & Membership Engagement Lead is responsible for delivery of our service-focused client acquisition and retention journey. This role will have clear financial targets around increasing the conversion rate and customer lifetime value of Yoga Movement (YM) and Strong Pilates, through a service-focused, consistent, and helpful interaction through phone, text, email, social media and in-person interaction with clients. Whilst we don’t subscribe to a “hard-sell” culture, this role is focused on ensuring clients have all the information they require to make package purchase decisions, whether through reference to existing campaign and promotional offerings within both the brands, or by highlighting features that showcase the company’s unique selling points. This role requires strong social and communication skills, to inject a personal service touch into our client journey. It will have primary responsibility for updating and maintaining the YM and Strong CRM systems and have clear daily targets of client interactions and conversions. The Sales & Membership Engagement Lead will play a key role in gathering insights and feedback, and have a key role in improving the service, facilities and offerings of Yoga Movement and Strong Pilates. This role reports to the Business Development Manager.
