Provide efficient and professional services to parents and students to help them find the most suitable courses and teachers
Receive and consult parents and students, answer their questions about courses, teachers, tutoring centers, etc, and provide relevant information and suggestions.
Maintain the customer relationship of the counseling center, maintain good communication with parents and students, and provide timely feedback on their needs and opinions.
Manage and maintain the student files and course information of the tutoring center, including student attendance records, class schedules, grades, etc., to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data.
Assist teachers and the Academic Affairs Office to manage the course progress and arrangement to ensure the smooth progress of the course.
Participate in marketing and promotional activities, including formulating and implementing promotional plans for the tuition center, designing and distributing promotional materials, and building trust and good reputation with parents and students.
Handle complaints and problems from students and parents, coordinate with relevant departments to solve problems, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage and maintain the front desk environment of the tuition center to ensure that the front desk is clean and tidy, in line with the company's image
Produce Corporate Video, Post Production, Motion Graphic Video, GIF, Event Shooting, Product Shooting, and Photo Editing for clients and social media for marketing purposes.
Producing a
Creative concept storyboard for clients and for the marketing team (social media)
Document a draft/storyboard briefing to update the client and Director.
Use creativity in building new ideas and producing concepts as per the client’s needs.
Coordinate with the sales team and marketing team to have deeper insights into client requirements.
Juggle multiple projects while developing high-quality creative and meeting deadlines.
Edit and adjust drafts with recommendations for final approval.
