RESPONSIBILITIES
• Directly manage the auxiliary equipment and machinery including Air compressor, air dryer, vacuum pump, LPG station, Cooling water tower, Baler equipment, and other related equipment.
• Manage the equipment of the mechanical maintenance room such as grinder, lathe, and welding machine and use those machines and equipment to support the process and repair damage to equipment on the main production line.
• To perform fabrication, welding, and machine installation jobs in the plant.
• To improve workshop, maintaining a clean and safe environment, inducting members in the safe use of the space and equipment.
• Take on the leading role of a small team, plan the management and guide the work for members to complete maintenance on schedule, safely, and professionally.
• Contact the supplier to discuss related issues such as equipment failures, and spare parts, combine with the supplier's engineers, and supervise them during installation, maintenance, and reporting to the Engineering Manager.
• Be responsible for ensuring equipment is in good condition to function reliably, efficiently, and safely.
• Planning periodic maintenance, and preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Carry out prevented maintenance jobs for auxiliary equipment.
• Perform scheduled lubrication daily, weekly, and monthly for machinery.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly check the machinery according to the checklist and promptly fix the problem to ensure that the machine is in good condition.
• Prepare documentation, training, and standard operating procedures for the operator.
• Manage and purchase spare parts, ensure safety level.
• Manage the plant's liquefied gas supply system, daily check LPG supply pipes, check for leaks and ensure the safety of the system. Monitor and update the usage status and contact the supplier to refuel the system to ensure a safe inventory level for production.
• Responsible for machine overhaul planning (yearly maintenance), people arrangement, preparing spare parts, and reporting to the Engineering Manager for approval and implementation.
• Always monitor the operating status of the machinery under charge, and be ready to give troubleshooting instructions, or go to the factory to handle it as quickly as possible.
REQUIREMENTS
• Candidate possesses at least SKM / Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Welding / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of working experience in facilities management, engineering, and maintenance of a factory or manufacturing plant.
• Good welding and repairing machinery skills.
• Able to interpret welding requirements, size and welding sign, and fabrication drawings.
• Able to operate machines including Lathe / Grinder / Miller machine.
• Able to check and inspect fabricated parts using measuring tools.
• Able to read mechanical drawings.
• Good skill in bench work.
• Be able to work under pressure and work in tight, fast-paced schedules.
