To assist restaurant manager to meet all operations KPIs in the respective store

Ensuring shift is properly staffed and ready to handle business volume

To provide coaching to team members on their day-to-day operationsli>To always maintain effective communication

To assist in active recruiting plan when necessary

To achieve company service goals and service targets during the shift

To uphold Domino’s Pizza’s policies and standards

To handle all customer complaints and resolved it in a timely manner

To assist restaurant manager on their weekly administrative paperwork as and when needed

-Connecting & engaging with customers

-Recommending selling on food, beverage & merchandise

-Deliver world class customer service to all customers

-Provide quality beverage & food products

-Maintain good attendance & punctuality

Responsibility

Responsible to handle full spectrum of Human Resources functions.

To assist for recruitment and interview arrangement.

Support the management of disciplinary and grievances issues.

Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support, including assistance with policy interpretation and benefits enrollment

To ensure HR policies and procedures comply to local regulations and governance

To prepare monthly HR and Admin reports for management review.

Other HR duties, as and when needed by superiors.

To handle ad-hoc assignments and other duties.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
