• Report to Facility Manager about present situation of civil department based on team performance, availability and expertise.

• Manage civil department to ensure all the maintenance activities such as scheduled inspection, monitoring, repairing and upgrading can be done smoothly.

• As a construct scheduled routine, urgent, additional and pending job that should be perform.

• To come cut with official and technical report about the problem occurred on site as stated inside the contract.

• To liaise with subcontractor, superior and client about discussion, quotation or method of work and to report to Facility Manager.

• As a responsible person about the worker safely especially civil department and give technical advise including proper work procedure.

- Responsible and assist the Facility Manager in planning, managing, controlling and effectively implementing all policies and strategies in line with regional care procedures. The scope of responsibility includes ; cleaning lakes area and pest control services.

- Ensure hygiene and pest control aspects are always maintained and according to the quality standards and specifications set.

-Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently with minimal complaints.

-Provide and periodic and detailed maintenance programs.

- Perform periodic checks on facilities regarding aspects of cleaning and pest control and providing reports and inspection records to Facility/Project Manager.

- Meeting with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure that the operation, maintenance of the facilities are in good working order.

- Ensure that all instructions and tasks are performed properly and correctly.

- Collaborate with other agencies and the PUTRAJAYA CORPORATION to keep track of daily operations smoothly.

- Inspect and take action on the reported damage complaints.

-Comply with the company's safety and health regulations and responsible for ensuring that work areas are protected from unsafe conditions.

- Prepare reports on cleaning and pest control services.

- Perform other relevant duties in accordance with company directives from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Male only

- Diploma in Civil Engineering or any related field from Local university or equivalent with minimum 3 years of experiences in similar post.

- must have own transport and B2 license

Able to work under pressure and 24 hours on call.

Main Accountabilities

- Accepts technical escalation from customer service helpdesk

- Tier 2 network support

- Leads post-mortems for service incidents

- Provide technical support and services in resolving complex network issues

- Continuously improve network knowledge and skillset to support project and network

- Network and Internet peering monitoring

Requirements

- Possess a Diploma or equivalent in IT/Networking or related are with 1 experience in telecommunications, network operations or network engineering

- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply

- In depth knowledge of network routing and switching protocol, especially BGP and OSPF and good knowledge in Cisco product is big plus

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
