About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, highly creative and hands-on Senior Creative Lead (Brand & Content) to drive our brand storytelling, campaign concepts, visual identity and content production. This role combines strategic creative thinking with end-to-end execution: from developing compelling campaign ideas and visual concepts to personally producing high-quality artwork, digital content and marketing materials.

Working closely with the Marketing & Strategy Lead, you will strengthen our brand presence across premium B2C and B2B audiences. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys both developing ideas and bringing them to life independently within a lean in-house team.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Strategy & Concept Development

Develop campaign concepts aligned with brand positioning, marketing objectives and business goals.
Translate briefs into campaign ideas, key visuals and brand storytelling for product launches, corporate initiatives and activations.
Develop creative approaches for premium B2C and B2B audiences and present concepts to stakeholders.

Hands-On Graphic Design & Creative Execution

Personally conceptualise, design and produce priority creative assets from start to finish.
Create key visuals, social creatives, digital ads, brochures, presentations, event materials and marketing collaterals.
Adapt assets for digital, social, print and offline formats; ensure technical accuracy and brand consistency.

Content Creation & Brand Storytelling

Develop content pillars, creative messaging, scripts, storyboards and platform-specific ideas.
Create engaging content concepts for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
Communicate product benefits clearly while maintaining a distinctive brand voice and visual identity.

Photography & Video Production

Plan and execute occasional in-house product, corporate and event photography or short-form video shoots.
Prepare storyboards and shot lists; independently handle basic filming, photography and editing where practical.
Produce product demonstrations, interviews, event highlights and social videos; coordinate external specialists for larger productions.

Creative Ownership & Collaboration

Own creative deliverables from concept to final production and manage priorities and timelines.
Provide design guidance and quality review to the Performance Marketing & Graphic Designer.
Collaborate with the Assistant Marketing Manager on campaign delivery and manage freelancers or vendors when approved.
Proactively improve creative quality, production efficiency and content formats.

Key Requirements:

Experience as a Senior Creative Lead, Art Director, Creative Director or equivalent; agency background preferred.
Strong portfolio of personally executed campaign concepts, branding, graphic design and digital content.
Advanced Photoshop and Illustrator proficiency; InDesign, Figma or equivalent tools advantageous.
Strong typography, layout, visual hierarchy and digital/print production knowledge.
Practical photography, videography and editing experience using Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or equivalent.
Able to independently take a brief from concept through final artwork delivery.
Experience with premium / lifestyle B2C and B2B brands, social platforms and content formats is advantageous.
Strong communication, presentation, prioritisation and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Comfortable with hands-on execution in a lean team; AI-assisted creative workflow familiarity is a plus.
