- Job Requirements• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics, or a related discipline.• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics or related operations within the Food & Beverage, QSR, Bakery, Café, Food Manufacturing or FMCG industry.• Experience supporting supply chain operations for multi-outlet retail and/or central kitchen environments.• Proven experience in supplier management, sourcing, procurement, inventory planning and cost optimisation.• Experience sourcing and managing food ingredients, packaging materials and operational supplies.• Experience coordinating warehouse, delivery and distribution activities across multiple locations.• Strong understanding of supplier negotiations, purchase planning, lead times and order fulfilment.• Exposure to import procurement, customs processes, cross-border logistics and international sourcing is an advantage.• Experience using ERP, inventory management or procurement systems.• Strong analytical, coordination and problem-solving skills, with good attention to detail.• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and cost management skills.• Excellent supplier, logistics partner and stakeholder management abilities.• Strong analytical skills with experience in cost analysis, inventory and spend management.• Good understanding of inventory planning, demand forecasting, procurement and supply chain operations.• Knowledge of warehouse, distribution and logistics processes, including cross-border operations.• Good understanding of food safety, quality requirements and relevant Malaysian regulatory requirements.• Highly organised with strong planning, coordination and problem-solving abilities.• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ERP/inventory management systems.• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and growing business environment.
