To perform daily accounting operations, handling full set of accounts including General Ledger, Account Payable, Account Receivable and monthly reporting.
Manage daily accounting operations activities such as processing transaction, issuing payment voucher and receipt, update ledgers and etc.
To match invoice and ensure all billings are supported with documents and proper authorisations.
To ensure proper maintenance of records, documents and filing to support all accounting entries.
To ensure timely closing of accounts during month end or year end.
Cooperate with other departments on preparing accounting documents.
Responsible in maintaining the level of cleanliness in the restaurant, cleaning table tops in the restaurant’s customer dining area and its facilities.
Topping up of condiments and cutlery. Need to ensure all condiments are replenished periodically and be made available to customers.
Tipping and clearing and emptying of bins from time to time. You will need to perform any other duties related to the job as and when requested by the Company.
Maximising sales and profitability by ensuring Customer Restaurant area is clean, tidy, fully stocked and correctly priced. You also ensure your products are in perfect condition at all times.
Being passionate about the foods you sell and actively learning about what we are serving to the customer. You then want to share this knowledge with customers and colleagues.
Actively approaching customers who you see need additional help in the Customer Restaurant.
As part of Customer Restaurant Crew, you will also be trained in checkout (cashiering). Whenever necessary, you will be assigned to provide an efficient and accurate checkout (cashiering) experience in Customer Restaurant.
Sales Finance advises and aids customers with credit term purchase of goods and services on behalf of retail and wholesale establishments, and explain the functions and qualities of these goods and services.
Tasks include –
Determining customer requirements and advising on product range, price, delivery, warranties and product use and care;
Demonstrating and explaining to customers the establishment’s goods and services;
Selling goods and services, accepting payment by a variety of payment methods and communicate with various departments for order processing.
Assisting with the ongoing management of stock such as product inventories, and participating in stock takes;
Posting ads on social media / online shopping platform.
