Ability to assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering projects within approved scope, schedule, and budget while working closely with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and clients. Capable of reviewing engineering deliverables, technical documents, and drawings, monitoring project progress, tracking milestones, and preparing status reports. Experienced in supporting procurement activities, vendor coordination, and material follow-up, as well as identifying and resolving technical and operational issues throughout the project lifecycle. Knowledge of company standards, HSE requirements, and industry regulations, with the ability to coordinate site activities, support construction and installation works, maintain accurate project documentation, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and ensure timely follow-up of action items.
