Educational Background: Certificate or Diploma in Building Maintenance, Civil Engineering, Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
Professional Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in facility or building maintenance, preferably in office building, hospitality, clubhouse or residential environments and infrastructure.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, air-conditioning, building defects & repairs and general repairs. Familiarity with safety protocols and vendor/ contractor coordination.
