Account Executive (Client Servicing - Business Development)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are the baseline. Not the differentiator, the baseline. Experience or genuine interest in advertising, branding, or the creative industry is a significant advantage. You'll need to be comfortable handling clients directly, managing expectations, and yes, having difficult conversations gracefully. Prior experience in account management or client servicing is preferred but not required if you can demonstrate the right instincts. Formal qualifications are not the yardstick we measure by.
