Fieldwork

To carry out land survey tasks/jobs and expected to lead survey team independently with self-discipline and minimum supervision.

To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, and construction procedures.

To Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys in order to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed.

To control and manage the site / building surveying work for demarcation, traverse and computation, spot height and detail survey.

Drafting

To carry out computer aided design & drafting daily work such as drafting, editing and revising drawing including responsible to produce drawing within timeline.

Candidate with architectural knowledge is encouraged to apply.

To do drafting and computation of survey data accurately with precision.

To plan and carry out all the necessary survey requirements of the company.

Co-ordinate with projects and account department on drawings and documents for issuance and filing purpose.
