- 2–3 years’ experience in café or F&B supervision
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Able to motivate and lead a team
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of café operations and POS systems
岗位职责
- Assist in daily café operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Supervise and guide café staff during shifts
- Schedule staff and manage daily manpower efficiently
- Ensure food quality, service standards, and hygiene compliance
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
- Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and petty cash
- Assist in inventory management and stock control
- Support monthly stock take and report discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Train new staff and assist in ongoing staff development
- Assist management with daily reports and administrative tasks
