Job Descriptions:

• Drive business growth and achieve company sales targets.

• Promote and enhance the company's brand image in the market.

• Lead the bidding process for modernization projects and secure contracts successfully.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

• Coordinate with property managers, building owners, and consultants during the pre-tender stage of modernization projects.

• Build strong customer relationships and maintain market awareness of ongoing projects, industry trends, and competitor activities.

• Prepare cost estimates and tender submissions by collaborating with factories and procurement teams to ensure accuracy, completeness, and profitability.

• Conduct regular follow-up with customers regarding submitted proposals and tenders.

• Visit project sites when necessary and work closely with the Project Team to ensure customer requirements and project deadlines are met.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products through training programs, product updates, and supplier information.

• Adhere to company policies and values, including ethics, safety, and compliance requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering or related disciplines

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and able to work under pressure

• Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin

• Well-versed in all MS office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• 2-3 years of related working experience is preferable

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Engineer

• Fresh Graduate will also be considered
