Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent, with 5–10 years of relevant experience in well intervention / well services operations.
- Strong experience in coiled tubing, preferably with both onshore and offshore operations in Malaysia.
- Experience in slickline, e-line, pumping, wellhead and Christmas tree preparation.
- Offshore supervisory and engineering experience in managing well intervention activities, including simultaneous operations (SIMOPS).
- Experience in planning, job modelling, budgeting, and managing offshore well intervention operations.
- Experience working with both service companies and operators, either in field-based or desk-based engineering roles.
- Experience working under underbalanced reservoir conditions.
- Good understanding of offshore well intervention operations, safety requirements, and operational procedures.
