Key Responsibility

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of contract workers with a focus on compliance and accountability.
• Enforce company policies firmly while maintaining professional fairness.
• Ensure contracts, extensions, and terminations are handled with precision and consistency.
• Act as a steady point of contact for staffing agencies and contract workers, providing clear guidance.
• Monitor performance and address issues promptly, ensuring standards are upheld.
• Resolve disputes with a balanced, authoritative approach.
• Maintain accurate workforce records and ensure strict adherence to labor laws.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in HR coordination with contract workforce oversight.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills with a disciplined approach to documentation.
• Clear and assertive communication style.
• Ability to balance firmness with fairness in employee relations.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
