EasyIntake is hiring Student Counselors to support prospective students interested in studying in Malaysia.

As a Student Counselor, you will communicate with students, understand their academic goals, provide initial guidance about Malaysian universities, programs and intakes, and help them take the appropriate next steps.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with prospective students through online platforms

• Understand students’ academic backgrounds and study goals

• Provide initial guidance about universities, programs and intakes in Malaysia

• Respond to inquiries professionally and promptly

• Engage and follow up with prospective students

• Help students understand the next steps in their application journey

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and leads

• Represent Easy Intake professionally

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Good command of English

• Confidence when communicating with students

• Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills

• Ability to work responsibly and independently

• Interest in international education and university admissions

Previous experience in student counseling, admissions, sales, education or customer relations is an advantage, but it is not mandatory.
