About the role

We are seeking an experienced AI Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team at our Tsuen Wan office on a full-time basis. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end AI-powered applications that leverage both front-end and back-end technologies. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to transform complex AI concepts into scalable, user-friendly solutions. This position is integral to our mission of delivering innovative AI solutions and will have a significant impact on the technical direction and success of our projects.

What you'll be doing

• Design and develop full-stack AI applications, from conceptualisation through to deployment and maintenance

• Build and optimise back-end services and APIs that integrate machine learning models and AI algorithms

• Create responsive and intuitive front-end interfaces that effectively present AI-driven insights and functionality to end-users

• Collaborate with data scientists and AI specialists to implement machine learning models into production environments

• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and coding standards

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise application performance across all layers of the stack

• Participate in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline development and management

• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in AI and full-stack development

• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of professional experience as a full-stack developer or in a similar role combining front-end and back-end development

• Proven expertise in developing web applications using modern front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular

• Strong proficiency in back-end programming languages including Python, Java, Node.js, or similar

• Solid understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with practical experience integrating ML models into applications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure

• Familiarity with database management systems, both relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL)

• Knowledge of containerisation technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture

• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)

• Preferred: Experience with natural language processing, computer vision, or other specialised AI domains

• Preferred: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
