Job Description:
Coordination of cargos and managed shipments regional particularly Vietnam

Handling Forwarders and Managing all logistics operations requirements

Resolve issues pertaining all logistics operations

Manage transportation and delivery schedules

Prepare shipping and logistics documentation

Coordinate with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and transporters

Monitor inventory and warehouse operations

Handle delivery issues, delays, and discrepancies

Negotiate or coordinate freight and transportation arrangements

Maintain accurate logistics records and reports

Ensure compliance with company procedures and customs/shipping requirements

Monitor logistics costs and identify ways to improve efficiency to improve efficiency

Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehouse, or operations

Experience coordinating shipments, deliveries, collections, and transportation

Knowledge of inventory and warehouse operations

Familiarity with logistics documents such as Delivery Orders, Purchase Orders, invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other office software

Experience using ERP (Epicor) is an advantage

Able to coordinate with suppliers, customers, transporters, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Able to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines
