JOB SCOPE:

• Oversee daily clinic operations and staff duties.
• Manage ordering of clinic stock and supplies.
• Prepare and monitor clinic reports and performance updates.
• Manage internal and external communications and respond to clinic-related queries.
• Monitor clinic performance and ensure operational targets are achieved.
• Handle patient enquiries and feedback professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and clinic standards.
