岗位职责
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Cake Baker to join our bakery team.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and bake cakes according to recipes and production requirements
Decorate cakes neatly and professionally
Perform piping, frosting, layering and finishing
Prepare buttercream, fillings and other cake components
Create customised cake designs based on customers’ requests
Ensure consistent product quality, taste and presentation
Manage daily production and complete orders on time
Monitor ingredients and inform the supervisor when stocks are running low
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking and decorating areas
Follow food-safety procedures at all times
Assist with other bakery duties when required
Requirements
Experience in cake baking and decoration is required
Must be skilled in piping, frosting and basic cake-design techniques
Able to follow recipes and work independently
Creative, careful and attentive to detail
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Responsible, punctual and a good team player
Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays when required

Implementing FWAs successfully through training and senior management support.
