About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Business Development Executive to join our Kuala Lumpur team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a career in B2B IT Sales, Business Development, Tender Management, and Enterprise Technology Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business development, lead generation, and new client acquisition.
• Identify and follow up on potential business opportunities.
• Assist in engaging with CXOs, CIOs, CISOs, and IT decision-makers.
• Promote IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Managed Services.
• Identify and track tenders, RFQs, RFPs, and quotation opportunities.
• Assist in preparing tender submissions, quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation.
• Coordinate with internal technical, presales, and commercial teams for tender and quotation requirements.
• Monitor submission deadlines and maintain tender/quotation records.
• Support client follow-ups and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Assist with customer relationship management and post-submission follow-ups.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 6 months–1 year of experience.
• Strong interest in B2B / Enterprise IT Sales and Business Development.
• Internship or exposure to IT, Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, Tender Management, or Quotation preparation is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Local Malaysian candidates preferred.
