Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Operation Executive to oversee daily operations, coordinate cross-departmental workflows, identify and resolve operational issues, and act as a key liaison between management and teams to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
Responsibilities
Oversee and monitor daily operational activities to ensure seamless workflow across warehouse, logistics, inventory, and order fulfillment
Analyze and understand operational processes to identify bottlenecks and implement timely solutions
Coordinate communication and collaboration between management and departments to align operational goals
Track and follow up on outstanding operational tasks and issues to ensure timely resolution
Monitor inventory levels, logistics schedules, and order fulfillment status to maintain operational accuracy
Provide regular, detailed updates and reports on operational performance and issues to management
Enforce adherence to company SOPs, safety protocols, and operational procedures to maintain compliance
Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
Required competencies and certifications
Possess a valid Class 3 or Class 3A driving licence
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in operations, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain management
Demonstrated ability to understand and oversee comprehensive operational workflows
Strong communication and coordination skills to facilitate cross-functional teamwork
Proactive, organized, and capable of independently solving operational problems
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
