• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare process flows, user stories, reports, and documentation.
• Support UAT, testing, and project implementation.
• Work closely with business and technical teams to deliver solutions.
• Degree in Business, IT, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SQL/Power BI is an advantage.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
