We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused

Masseuse (Non-Medical)

to provide professional wellness and relaxation massage services in a safe, hygienic, and comfortable environment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent massage techniques, strong customer service skills, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience. This role involves

non-medical massage services only

and does not include medical diagnosis or treatment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform professional non-medical massage treatments, including relaxation, Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, and other approved massage therapies.

Assess customers' preferences and recommend suitable massage treatments and wellness packages.

Ensure customers receive a safe, comfortable, and relaxing treatment experience.

Prepare treatment rooms, massage oils, towels, linens, and equipment before each session.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of treatment rooms, equipment, and tools.

Follow company SOPs, hygiene protocols, and service standards at all times.

Promote and upsell massage packages, memberships, and wellness products.

Maintain accurate customer treatment records where required.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat visits.

Requirements

Certificate in Massage Therapy or related training is preferred.

Previous experience as a Masseuse or Massage Therapist is an advantage.

Knowledge of various non-medical massage techniques and body therapies.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer service-oriented with a professional and friendly attitude.

Physically fit and able to perform massage treatments for extended periods.

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
