Product Sales & Customer Assistance

• Assist customers with purchasing farm products after their tour, including fruits, honey, enzyme products, coconut oil, soaps, jams, and other available products.
• Explain product details, usage, pricing, promotions, and available packages to customers.
• Recommend suitable products based on customers' interests and requirements.
• Handle product sales and ensure correct payment and transaction procedures are followed.
• Assist customers with product packing and collection.
• Provide good customer service and ensure customers are satisfied with their purchases before leaving the farm.
• Answer customers' questions regarding products, including storage, usage, and care instructions where applicable.
• Assist customers who require additional products or information after completing their tour.
• Handle product-related enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Monitor product stock levels and inform the relevant person when products are running low.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable product sales area.
• Encourage customers to explore and purchase suitable farm products after their tour without being overly pushy.
• Assist with post-tour customer service to ensure customers have a positive overall experience from arrival until departure.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
