Dreams Language Academy, Malaysia’s largest online Japanese training center. We're looking for an experienced & passionate Team Lead to lead our awesome Education Operations and Customer Support ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee Education operations and Customer Support functions
• Monitor class operations, schedules, and delivery quality
• Track and analyze team’s KPI
• Develop and review operational projects, plans, campaigns and timeline
• Lead & propose continuous improvement initiatives across Education & Customer Support processes
• To prepare weekly performance analysis & strategic reporting

What We’re Looking For:

• You've led a team before, even a small one
• You're comfortable working with data and can turn trends into action
• You can spot operational issues before they escalate
• Strong communication (Bahasa Malaysia and English)
• High determination and a results-driven mindset
• Confident in making day-to-day decisions
• You speak up when something needs fixing, rather than stay silent

Work Mode:

• Working Hours: 8:30AM-5:30PM, including alternate weekend support (half-day)
• Location: Office-based (Wangsa Maju, KL - near LRT Sri Rampai station)

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: RM3000 - RM4500 per month (depends on experience)
