Scope of Work

Prepare monthly progress claims and liaise with consultants on payment certification, while forecasting monthly cash flow, tracking budget projections, and maintaining cost control monitoring records.

Assess and prepare Variation Orders and Loss & Expense claims, engage with clients and consultants to resolve VO discrepancies, and support the finalisation of the Main Contract's final account.

Carry out quantity measurement and takeoff, and prepare Bills of Quantities across project stages including tender, construction, procurement, variations, and payment verification.

Review and compare drawings against contract documents to identify discrepancies and support claims preparation.

Liaise and coordinate with internal departments, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.

Undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
