Job Responsibilities

Coordinate and implement Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) activities at construction sites.
Conduct daily site safety inspections and ensure compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act, MOM regulations, and company safety policies.
Organise toolbox meetings, safety inductions, and safety awareness programmes.
Assist in incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain safety documentation, including risk assessments, inspection reports, and training records.
Liaise with project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and clients on safety matters.
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with safe work procedures.

Job Requirements

Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
Possess a valid Workplace Safety and Health Coordinator (WSHC) qualification recognised by MOM.
Good knowledge of Singapore Workplace Safety and Health legislation and construction safety requirements.
Good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in semiconductor, industrial, cleanroom, or M&E construction projects will be an advantage.
