Tenant Coordinator

Location: Menara 118, Kuala Lumpur
Salary: RM5,500 per month
Employment Type: Contract until project completion
Working Hours: Monday – Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Description

We are looking for a Tenant Coordinator to support tenant coordination and fit-out activities at Menara 118.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with tenants, contractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Manage tenant fit-out submissions, drawings, approvals, and documentation.
• Monitor tenant fit-out works and project progress.
• Coordinate site access, inspections, and work requirements.
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, guidelines, safety, and project requirements.
• Attend coordination meetings and resolve site coordination issues.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in tenant coordination, tenant fit-out, interior fit-out, or construction coordination.
• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Experience in commercial or high-rise projects is an advantage.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Job Type: Contract
Salary: RM5,500 per month

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
