We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to support and supervise the daily operations of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:
Supervise daily restaurant operations and service activities

Coordinate staff deployment and work schedules

Monitor service standards and customer satisfaction

Supervise and guide service staff

Coordinate between front-of-house and kitchen teams

Handle customer enquiries and feedback

Monitor inventory and restaurant supplies

Assist with opening and closing procedures

Ensure compliance with food hygiene and workplace safety requirements

Monitor operational efficiency and minimise wastage

Assist management with restaurant promotions and events

Prepare basic operational and sales reports

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant F&B, hospitality or operations experience

Good leadership and communication skills

Good customer service skills

Able to supervise and coordinate a team

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
