About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Product Specialist (Sales Executive) to join our growing team at DSWISS SDN. BHD. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative healthcare products to clients. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our company and make a meaningful impact within the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilites

• Engaging with customers to understand their specific needs and requirements
• Provide expert product demonstrations and training to ensure customers are fully informed and can maximise the benefits of our offerings
• Generate new sales enquires and expand the market potential of medical devices
• Managing of existing key account customers and generating additional revenues to ensure business growth
• Explore the new potential areas for business growth
• Daily report based on sales activity, to be kept updated, with achievable targeted sales forecast planned every fortnight
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities and product developments to inform your sales strategy

About you

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or Product Specialist, preferably within the healthcare/medical industry
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close deals
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers at all levels
• Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably within the healthcare/medical industry
• Ambitious, self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
