We're Hiring: Mandarin Customer Service Advisor

Are you fluent in Mandarin and comfortable communicating in English (B2 level or above)? Join our team and support customers from China and Taiwan in a dynamic customer service environment.

Role: Mandarin Customer Service Advisor

Location: Kalua Lumpur, Sentral, Malaysia

Employment Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Assist with account, service, and transaction-related concerns

Provide accurate resolutions and excellent customer service

Maintain and update customer records

Meet quality, productivity, and KPI targets

Requirements: Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written)

English proficiency at B2 level or above

Customer service experience preferred

Fresh graduates with strong language skills are welcome to apply
