What You’ll Be Doing

Manage and grow existing client accounts while developing new business opportunities

Promote Spectrum's After-Sales Services, including: Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), Preventive Maintenance, Servicing & Repairs, Outsourced Resident Engineers / Managed Manpower, Ad-hoc Technical Services, AV System Upgrades & Technology Refreshes

Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable service solutions

Prepare quotations, proposals and service agreements

Follow up on enquiries and sales opportunities

Work closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent client experience

Achieve sales and business growth targets



Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Business, Engineering, IT or a related discipline

1–3 years' experience in Account Management, Customer Service, B2B Sales or Business Development

Fresh graduates with a strong client service mindset are welcome to apply

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, organised and proactive

Experience in Audio Visual, IT or other technology-related industries will be an advantage
